Help Us Leave A Legacy of Love and Hope

Have you thought about what you will leave behind when you depart this world? There are many options you can use to leave money or property to the charity of your choice. Some of those methods are listed below, but please be sure to consult with an Estate Attorney to have either your living trust or will properly documented and enacted.
Helping All Breeds Equine Rez-Q can be done with a living trust (revocable or irrevocable) or by specifically designating a gift of money or property to our charity. This can also be done with a one-time gift from your Estate which can take several different legal forms.
A General Bequest is a specific dollar amount in your will designated to All Breed Equine Rez-Q.
A Specific Bequest is designating specific property in your will to All Breed Equine Rez-Q.
A Residuary Bequest gives a certain percentage of what remains in your Estate to All Breed Horse Rez-Q after all debts, taxes, expenses and other bequests have been paid. This can be in addition to a general or specific bequest.
A Contingent Bequest designates All Breed Equine Rez-Q to receive a bequest in your will that is designated for someone else if that person should die before you do, or if that other beneficiary is still alive but does not wish to receive the bequest.
A Charitable Remainder Trust will go to All Breed Equine Rez-Q after it provides income to heirs for a period of time after your death.
A Charitable Lead Trust provides income to All Breed Equine Rez-Q for a period of time after your death and then the remainder goes to heirs.
All donations of money or property to a non-profit organization like All Breed Equine Rez-Q are tax deductible for the Estate for the full market of the donation. Be sure to consult your Estate Attorney about these ways of leaving a legacy.
